(“NovaGuard,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Constant Guardian® platform and the websites located at constantguardian.com and novaguardtech.com (collectively, the “Services”). When the Constant Guardian software is deployed inside a customer’s operational technology (OT) environment, it processes telemetry, network metadata, and security events from that environment in order to detect anomalies and incidents. This data is processed on behalf of the customer under the customer’s subscription agreement and is not used for any of our own marketing or advertising purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of SMS consent and keyword events are retained for at least the duration of the subscription plus four (4) years to comply with messaging-program record-keeping obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security and ask that you use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
